ABOUT THE BOARD

The Pacific Systems Homes “Swastika” board was the first commercially produced surfboard. It followed the typical “ancient” board template but with wood composites and a finer finish. The symbol after which it was named - a hindu symbol for peace - took on a different meaning after WWII. However, this particular model does not feature the rare swastika icon.
